HIKING SANTA BARBARA

HIKING SANTA BARBARA  Are you looking for gentle exercise in beautiful places with excellent company?  If so, join us as we hike the trails and beaches of Santa Barbara.  The hikes are about 2-3 miles and fairly level.  We move at a relaxed  and comfortable pace and resting to meditate halfway.  You will see places you haven’t seen in a while and some you have never seen. Can you think of a happier and healthier way to spend a Wednesday morning.

HIKING SANTA BARBARA - INTERMEDIATE 

We will hike the front country trails above Santa Barbara (Cold Spring, San Ysidro, Rattlesnake Canyon, etc. ).  A different trail each week as we laugh, make new friends and enjoy a special fellowship.  Students should be able to hike 2 - 3 miles uphill at a moderate pace.  First class meets in room 16 on The Wake Campus, 300 N Turnpike, Santa Barbara, CA 93111.
